Her name is Willow, and the Moomin adores her. So cute!! :)
The little Puglet soon fell asleep and was ready for home. The Moomin didn't want her to go, and said that she would look after her here!! lol She took a bit of convincing to let Willow go home!

I think you may have a useless health visitor!!!!! We've always had the vouchers posted through to us when the girls have hit a birthday, they send a card with details of what they should be doing at that age and then with that was the voucher to redeem at the library. Might be worth phoning the health visitor to see if she has the vouchers there! Hope you can get them, it really is a lovely thing to give them, for free as well :D
